MALAIKA NAA LAMLEY ARYEE-BOI

Malaika Naa Lamley Aryee-Boi is a Ghanaian-German-Cameroonian singer and creative who grew up in Accra. Her fascination with music started early as her parents introduced her to everything from soul, funk and R&B to zouk, makossa and afrobeat. She began singing in primary school and went on to perform both solo and in acapella groups throughout college. Malaika is beginning her journey in songwriting and is especially inspired by women songwriters who share honest stories through their music like Jill Scott, India Arie and Cleo Sol. She’s curious about exploring the mundane, sharing her raw self and creating warm vibes with her music and her voice.

BENNADA

Bennada is a gifted musician who enchants her audience with her soulful voice and catchy melodies. Her versatile style and dynamic performances have left a lasting impression on the local music scene. Bennada’s deep love for music, acting, and entrepreneurial drive has enabled her to create a distinct niche in the industry. Her emotional storytelling skills enable her to craft poignant narratives in her music, earning her a loyal fan base.

Bennada debuted in the music industry in 2018 with the single “I Long for You,” highlighting her unique voice and artistic style. The track garnered positive reviews and paved the way for her subsequent releases. In 2019, she released her second single, “Your Word,” further solidifying her position in the music scene.

OIBIEE

Oibiee is a passionate individual who operates at the intersection of Management, Learning Experience Design, and Storytelling. Over the past 8 years, she has honed her skills in various forms of storytelling, including Poetry, Prose, Fiction, Interviews, and most recently, songwriting. Her unwavering focus is on enlightening the African mind, unveiling new possibilities, and dismantling mental colonialism through the power of storytelling.

Oibiee’s musical journey took flight after she participated in the Nahla Initiative Bootcamp for women in the music business in 2022. Building upon her musical talents, she was awarded a prestigious £2000 scholarship to join the Music Production for Women’s “Master Your Music” Program in 2023.

AKA KELZZ

Berlin-based singer-songwriter Aka Kelzz has always loved making music and is now combining that with sharing their experiences around dealing with mental health, trauma and new understanding of love just to name a few things.

Aka Kelzz is on a journey of embracing their childhood dream of creating and sharing their music with the world. They want to take you on a journey of wavy beats, expressive words and tranquilizing vocals.

ABIANA

Eldah Naa Abiana Dickson is an Award winning Ghanaian singer and songwriter  and a performer better known by her stage name as Abiana, known for her stagecraft and vocal prowess. Abiana describes her musical style as soul life, encompassing, soul music, hi-life, neo-soul, her sound has a mixture  of different eclectic music genres.

Abiana also plays the guitar and cites Alicia Keys, Asa and  Celine Dione as her role models. She commenced  her music journey  performing with live bands as a back up artist with the Afro Harmony Band,  later became the lead singer of the Hsykul band in 2015 evolving to become a  solo and signing with +233Records in 2019, she is currently an indie Artist. 

Abiana contributed to Bolgatanga girl” by Okyeame Kwame in 2019, which won record of the year at the 2020 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards. 

She recently contributed to the folk version of the hit song Atia Donko by Epixode.

“Adunlei,” her debut single, was released in October 2020.

Abiana  currently has  6 nominations for the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards, which she won  the first time she was nominated in the categories of best female vocal performance.

MELODY BLESSING

Melody Blessing is a Black German newcomer. Noticing a void in today’s music landscape, she single-handedly created the genre Power:Pop. Her musical offerings cater to generations Y and Z. Her Power:Pop grants visibility to all who have been made invisible, and to all who wish to be allies in the context of social inequality. She appeals to digital natives on all emotional levels and is a source of authentic inspiration. Her music seeks to empower each and every individual. Power:Pop is fully inclusive: From everyone on stage and behind the scenes to her lyrics and self-made outfits: The beauty and diversity of society is reflected everywhere. She’s gearing up to inspire the queer, post-migrant and modern movement in fashion, film and pop culture.

NYA

From a young age, NYA’s passion and love for music shone brightly. Her musical influences span a diverse range but are primarily rooted in R&B. Additionally, she draws inspiration from the likes of Kojo Antwi, Ofori Amponsah, Wizkid, Kofi B, and others for her Afrobeats sound.

By refining her skills, NYA continues to evolve as an artist, infusing her unique style into her creations. Her journey is marked by a dedication to her craft and a commitment to delivering heartfelt and soulful music
